How It Works
Conversation & Intake The process begins with an initial exchange and a rider survey. This captures key information—how and where the client rides, relevant physical factors, and any aesthetic considerations.
Builder’s Approach Using the submitted information, Justin engineers the optimal build, balancing performance, durability, and fit. A detailed proposal is then provided to the client for review.
Initial Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to proceed. This secures the client’s place in the build queue and initiates the wheel building process. Current lead times are 2-4 weeks.
Build & Delivery Each wheelset is hand-built with precision. Upon completion, the remaining balance is invoiced prior to delivery or pickup.
